Role

• Role #1 Working alongside the Head of School, General Manager, and School will be required to learn the GCIS systems, attend conferences, and plan a fully implementable program for the 2025-2026 school year.  
• Role #2 Involved in hiring in a team of administrative support and teachers based on a hiring plan and scaffold created by the GCIS Leadership Team.
• Role #3 The ideal Principal candidate will be detailed oriented, have both long-range and short-range planning abilities, excellent public speaking skills, familiarity with structures needed for administrative and educational support in mid-sized schools, and have experience with new projects and new initiatives in previous roles.
